The picture on the top is Abdul Jalloh. He is a Dreamer, i.e. he is in America illegally but protected from deportation by DACA. Jalloh, aka AJ, is also a violent thug who was arrested more than thirty (30) times in Fairfax County, Virginia. By my count, before his most recent arrest, he had stabbed six people and raped one woman.

Steve Descano is the top attorney for Fairfax County, population 1.2 million. Descano’s election was funded by George Soros. To say Descano is liberal would give liberals a bad name. Here is his mission statement as posted to the County website:

“The Office of the Commonwealth's Attorney (OCA) oversees the prosecution of crimes committed under the Code of Virginia occurring within Fairfax County. The OCA is committed to promoting the long-term safety of the community while reforming Fairfax County’s justice system to mitigate mass incarceration and address racial and socioeconomic disparities.”

Apparently, not everyone who worked for Descano thought that addressing racial and socioeconomic disparities by repeatedly releasing violent thugs was a good idea. A frustrated senior member of law enforcement reached out to one of Descano’s assistant attorneys, Jenna Sands, and discussed a list of criminals who should be incarcerated despite their special racial and socioeconomic standing. Abdul Jalloh was on that list. Here is the ominous follow-up email:

From MTV’s Top Cop: I wanted to bring Mr. Jalloh’s release to your attention, because Mr. Jalloh is one of the repeat (and violent) offenders we discussed when we met. I wanted to get your background on why he is out so soon and ask if his prior suspended sentence (of I believe 5 years) was pursued by your office? Unfortunately, based on MTV Station’s numerous dealings with him, it is not a question of if, but rather when he will maliciously wound (or worse) again. My role of keeping the public safe, prompts me to follow up on his status.

Well, unfortunately, due to Jalloh’s racial and socioeconomic status, he was freed and once again roaming the streets of MTV (Mountain Valley). The picture on the bottom is Stephanie Minter, a 41-year-old mother. Her socioeconomic status is dead. On February 23, Minter waiting for a bus. She was on her way to work. Without provocation, Jalloh attacked Minter and hacked her to death.
