Where is the line drawn to distinguish governance by executive order from representative democracy, on the one hand, and autocracy on the other? Do we recognize similarity between the growing upsurge in personal relocation among the 50 states and the hordes of foreigners fleeing their many nations to invade ours? How do we get the voting public to recognize that foreign affairs are far more about money and resources than political, ethnic, racial and philosophical affinity?
