The Letter to the DA that you are about to read has been written by and for We the People, as a voice of Truth. The purpose of this letter is to remind We the People and each of our public servants that their only power is derived from We the People. Both our U.S. Constitution and our Maine Constitution proclaim our right to our"unalienable and indefeasible right to institute government, and to alter, reform, or totally change the same, when their safety and happiness require it." ~Maine Constitution: Section 2. and not doing so is passively agreeing to give away our natural birthright to our sovereign power.
