Well, we all knew it was going to happen. We can’t live in a country run by a political party that believes in equity over equality, and not experience ever increasing tax bills. Equity being a fair or just chance, without bias or favoritism. Meaning, no matter how little or much you do you will have the same outcome as everyone else. No need to even try harder. Equality being that everyone has the same opportunity to achieve gain. The gain is based on how hard you’re willing to work for it. Well, our present leadership believes in paying our hard-earned money to pay for programs for non-citizens and useless environmental programs for their cronies. Our debt is raging in the Trillions of dollars. Why do I care, you ask? Well, I just got my tax bill for my property. My town’s unfettered spending has increased my tax bill by 15.5%. This increase takes nearly a month of my social security income. This same unfettered spending is bankrupting our country. The last 3.5 plus years have put our country in debt to the rate of Trillions of Dollars! The debt number is spinning so fast no one knows when it will crash and burn, as it did before. I’ve always said we need to run this country like we run a business. We would never survive like this if we were a business. We had a very successful business leading us and the country flourished!
