Former Republican President Donald Trump is safe “following gunshots in his vicinity,” according to Steven Cheung, the communications director for the Trump campaign.
Although the U.S. Secret Service quickly whisked Trump away to a hardened, safe location, the New York Post later reported that the gunfire involved two individuals targeting each other and was unrelated to Trump.
No information is available on his score from the Sunday round of golf at Trump International Golf Course West Palm Beach.
