Bombshell Report Reveals that Local Law Enforcement Doesn’t Trust the FBI Because of Their Political Bias

A new 229-page-long whistleblower report has revealed a crisis in the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) brought about by the political bias — or at least the perception of political bias — and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programming pushed by FBI Director Christopher Wray.

The report, which levels a multi-layered and withering critique against America’s premiere law enforcement agency, was prepared for the House Committee on the Judiciary and the Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government.

That committee is chaired by U.S. Reps. Jim Jordan (R-Ohio) and James Comer (R-Ky.), who also relied on a “national alliance of retired and active-duty FBI Special Agents and Analysts in coordination with local law enforcement partners,” according to the report.

The Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government was formed on Jan. 10, 2023 after Republicans won a majority in the U.S. House of Representatives.

The purpose of the committee was to investigate allegations that federal law enforcement agencies, along with political officials and some regulatory agencies, were using federal enforcement activities to target political enemies of the Biden Administration and the Democratic National Committee, including former Republican President Donald Trump.

The release of the report comes just weeks after a failed assassination attempt against former President Trump has drawn widespread scrutiny of federal law enforcement, particularly their cooperation and intelligence sharing with local partners.

“Local law enforcement partners–including seasoned law enforcement veterans, command staff, and heads of local law enforcement agencies–whose unfiltered opinions serve as the basis for this Report do not trust the FBI because they believe the FBI in recent years has been operating as a partisan federal agency motivated by a political agenda,” said the report.

The report included 10 chapters with politically charged titles, which reflect the vehemence of the findings and the damage the FBI’s radical political agenda has done to its reputation and efficacy.

  1. Local law enforcement officers do not trust the FBI.
  2. No more actionable, substantive information sharing with FBI.
  3. FBI National Academy graduates are troubled by the bias.
  4. Crisis of confidence in FBI-led task forces.
  5. The FBI is isolated and unresponsive to local law enforcement.
  6. Local law enforcement officers feel disrespected by FBI special agents.
  7. Today’s tone-deaf FBI disregards the value of retired FBI special agents.
  8. The new generation of sub-standard FBI special agents.
  9. FBI management is too transitory and obsessed with self-promotion.
  10. The FBI’s cult of narcissism begins at the FBI Academy.

The report found that local law enforcement agencies have begun to see the FBI operating as a partisan organization, harshly persecuting people who disagree with the current regime — that is, the Biden Administration and Democratic politicians generally — while ignoring criminal groups such as left-wing Antifa members, pro-Hamas/anti-Israel rioters, or rioters affiliated with the so-called “Black Lives Matter” movement.

This new distrust has led local law enforcement to stop willingly sharing actionable, substantive evidence with the FBI because, according to the report, they fear that the agency will use the information to persecute innocent citizens in pursuit of partisan politics.

Considering the number of peaceful pro-life activists who have been targeted by the FBI under the Biden Administration, the concerns expressed in the report are not without merit.

As local officials have grown more wary of sharing information, the FBI has been harming the situation by remaining aloof from local law enforcement and failing to respond when local officers reached out or requested specialized training, according to the report.

The FBI has also reportedly become increasingly disrespectful toward local officials.

According to the report, the FBI is not likely to improve in the near future, as sources familiar with the organization revealed that its new recruits are substandard, stemming in part from the FBI’s focus on diversity rather than merit.

In other words, the agency’s prioritization of race- and gender-based hiring has resulted in more talented or effective candidates not being hired by the FBI because their race, ethnicity, or gender doesn’t align with politically contrived diversity quotas.

The report concludes that even a new Republican president in the White House may not be sufficient to restore the FBI into a principled, apolitical law enforcement agency.

According to the report, addressing the cultural and personnel-based weaknesses within the agency will be a long-term project, as will repairing the damage that has been done to the FBI’s reputation in the eyes of both the public and local law enforcement partners.
