Whatever you may think of presumptive 2024 Presidential candidate, both are victims of unprecedented mistreatment – by the same political party. As loyalists and the press debate the merits of each case, the overall result appears to be a growing sense of unfairness among the general voting public.
One contender faces a jail sentence on obviously trumped-up charges of victimless commercial misconduct. His opponent, in obviously declining health, is forced by his own organization to conduct an uninspiringly low-key campaign. The former has a history of flamboyant personal business accomplishment, the latter unacknowledged evidence of clandestine and corrupt family aggrandizement.
Could the popular acronym “DEI” really stand for “democracy election interference?” A New York kangaroo court is assembled to concoct a theory of incarceration while a disturbed bystander self-immolates before overmatched police and student protestors conduct an unruly ethnic rampage at a nearby university. The vaunted American scales of justice appear seriously misaligned when threats to national and personal security are so easily dismissed.
